Classical guitar is steeped in European culture of the 19th century. For well over a decade Hill Guitar Company built our reputation making guitars based on historically significant builders' designs. The HERITAGE SERIES was created for players wanting traditional handmade Spanish construction with a solid top.

In response to that, we are now offering the HERITAGE guitars, with solid Englemann Spruce and Western Red Cedar tops, with traditional bracing patterns.

The HERITAGE SERIES is built in our California shop using the best hand selected woods from around the world. Each guitar is built and finished by hand with meticulous attention to detail.

For over 40 years Hill Guitar Company has been known for building the best instruments at affordable prices, and The HERITAGE SERIES is no exception; essentially a work of art, these guitars will provide a lifetime's ejoyment in the livingroom or the concert hall. You need look no further to play a beautiful guitar with a rich warm traditional sound.

Thus far, we have built standard classical models in 650 and 640 string length. We will offer a variety of body sizes, styles & string lengths in the Heritage Series - so if you are interested in Crossover, 3/4 size, 615mm string length or a variety of tonewoods - let us know!
